Optical Line/Route Protection System


Accelink's OLP series is designed for protecting the signals on the optical transmission lines from the influence caused by accidental optical fiber broken or higher loss.

When optical transmission system works in normal status, signal will be transmitted in primary optical lines.

When any optical channel among primary optical lines has problems and leads the communication system to be interrupted, the automatic protection system or equipment of the optical line must find this situation instantly, and send out alarm signals. At the same time, it needs automatically switch the transmission line to the secondary optical line or its corresponding optical channels to recover the communication.
